We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Woodlands website!
After a lot of behind-the-scenes work, we finally have all our ducks in a row and are proud to present a fresh, user-friendly online experience for our residents. This site will serve as your go-to resource for community updates, documents, and important notices.
We also have several improvement projects underway throughout the neighborhood. As you may know, we are in the process of switching back to city water, an upgrade that, once completed (targeting September), will help prevent the staining issues we’ve seen in the past. This change is part of our preparation for the upcoming “BIG PAINT” project that will refresh the look of our entire community.
To get ready, we encourage residents to take a little time to clean any existing rust stains from your home, driveway, or fence, especially now that we’re working to prevent new ones from forming.
Additionally, ongoing compliance repairs are also in preparation for the painting project. We need all properties to be in good repair before painting begins, so now is a great time to take a walk around your home and make note of anything that needs attention, whether it’s minor woodwork, pressure washing, or general maintenance.
