Sprinkler System Update: No More Rust Stains!
As of Saturday, August 16, our sprinkler system is running on fresh city water instead of well water—meaning no more orange rust staining from iron-rich water.
Ongoing Repairs (Next 60 Days)
We’ll continue repairing clogged or damaged sprinkler heads caused by years of iron buildup. Over 50 heads were fixed just last week. The HOA has also removed rust from the community mailbox area and signage. Now’s a great time to de-rust your property and touch up paint where needed.
Daylight System Checks
To help everyone see their sprinklers in action, we’ll run a brief daytime test on:
*Saturday, September 6 at 4:00 PM
*Sunday, September 7 at 4:00 PM
Each zone will run for a few minutes; the full check should finish by 4:45 PM. Please watch when your zone starts and report any issues you notice.
